The Challenge

Sime Darby’s Elmina Rainforest Knowledge Centre Launch required event management service – and we were appointed to take on the job. It was our first event that involved royalties, and therefore, our challenge was to ensure that the planning and execution of the campaign was smooth sailing all the way.


The Solution

We delivered a complete spectrum of event management services which included creative concepts, event space production, liaising with royal protocol officers, approaching and coordinating with selected exhibitors, designing and producing all collateral materials such as signages, marketing materials, etc.

The Result

It was a successful event attended by the Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah al-Haj, Tengku Permaisuri of Selangor Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin binti Abdul Rahman and Raja Muda of Selangor Tengku Amir Shah ibni Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah. The event also got a massive amount of media coverage, further promoting the initiative to the target audience.
