
Breaking Fast the Bad Lab Way
The Challenge
When Bad Lab wanted to take the opportunity to spread brand awareness during the Raya festive season, we were assigned to help with the creative direction and execution of the event activation. The plan was to run an event throughout 29 bazaar locations around Klang Valley with promoters carrying human billboards to promote the brand.
The Solution
We brainstormed the whole look and feel and came up with the idea for the promoters to wear animal head masks to represent the animal creatures printed on Bad Lab’s products, specifically the eagle, leopard and ox. We also came up with catchy and pun-filled headlines for the human billboards to get the attention and a few laughs/groans from the public.
A #HemsemGiler contest to engage with the public also played a huge part in promoting the activation.






The Result
The #HensemGiler contest managed to garner a satisfying amount of responses with participants posting pictures of the event on social media and tagging Bad Lab.
